Dear Boba Club Customers,

 

Hope this email finds you well and your day is going great!

 

According to the latest coronavirus restrictions in Glenview, we will no longer be offering dine-in starting tomorrow, Wednesday, Oct. 28th. However, you are more than welcome to place an order in person or via phone for takeout and pickups. And of course, we continue to offer curbside pickups via online order as well.

 

In the meantime, we have upgraded our point of sales system to directly integrate with our online ordering platform so that everything is more streamlined. You might notice some differences in the design and layout of the new online ordering system, but it is more user friendly with three new features:

  • you may now redeem gift cards to pay for online orders

  • you may purchase e-gift cards (gift card number automatically generates for you at checkout)

  • you may place an order in advance for pick up later (place order at 3pm for pick up at 6pm).

We are extending our hours! May 22nd 2020

 

Dear Boba Club Customers,

We are happy to inform you that we will be extending our business hours during the weekend, starting tomorrow!

 

Our new weekend hours are:

Saturday: Noon - 9 PM

Sunday: Noon - 8 PM

 

Weekday hours will remain the same:

Monday: Closed

Tuesday - Friday: 1 - 8 PM

 

We are closely following any updates on our state's reopening plans and in the meantime, we are continuing with our online orders and curbside pickups until further notice.

We are reopening this Friday, April 24th!!

Dear Boba Club Customers,

 

Hope you all have been staying safe and doing well!

 

What's one of the things you miss during quarantine? If you are craving boba, we have good news for you!

 

We will be reopening this Friday, April 24th, with temporary business hours of 1PM - 8PM. We are doing so under the utmost care for the health and safety of our amazing employees, valued customers, and beloved community.

 

Our staff will wear masks and gloves, and all orders will be placed via online through our online ordering system. All pick ups will be contactless and possible curbside pick up via text. We are still working out some details and more info will be provided soon.

Dear Boba Club Customers,

We have been closely monitoring the Coronavirus updates and have decided based on the recommendations from health experts that
we will be closing early today, March 15th, at 8pm, and remain closed until further notice.

Sorry for the short notice and any inconvenience!  We definitely don’t want to risk anyone getting sick despite all the precautionary measures we have been taking. We just don’t want to take any chances.

An Update for Our Customers on Coronavirus

 

As the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak is getting more serious, we feel it’s important to connect directly with you to share more about the steps we are taking at our café to help keep you, our employees, and our communities safe and healthy.

 

We have been closely monitoring the rapidly evolving situation of Coronavirus and are taking actions based on the guidance from public health experts. Over the past weeks, we have increased the frequency and extent of our cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting surface areas as well as lobby and rooms, in addition to having plenty of hand sanitizer for both our employees and customers. We have also ensured that our employees have the information necessary to stay healthy or stay home if they are not feeling well (or showing any flu-like symptoms).

 

We are confident that our café will remain safe and clean and are operating as our normal business hours until further notice. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and update you of any future change. Thank you so much for being our customers and stay safe and healthy!
